INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1 Insert team name in Box at top of page and team secretary details.
2 Insert all player names in the column where indicated. Use a second sheet if necessary. Please also indicate whether players are referees or coaches and their age. Do not enter numbers in any other columns.
3 Email the form back to BrendanOsborne@hotmail.com
4 The form will then be emailed back to the team secretary with registration numbers
and must be taken to games.
5 If additional registrations are required during the season then add the names to the
sheet and email back to me for numbers to be allocated. NB: please read the interpretation
guidance on registrations after the 1st March deadline.
RULES CLARIFICATION
1 Players may play for a team in a higher division than the one they are registered for but not for one in the same division. Their registration number must be available when they play for the higher team.
2. If you require rules clarification please refer to the EVA website and if you still require further clarification please call me on 07880 731053 and I will try to explain!
SCORE SHEETS/ RESULTS
The home team should post score sheets to me the first working day after the game is played to 359 Outwood. Common Road Billericay CM11 2LZ and email me the result on BrendanOsborne@hotmail.com or text me 07880 731053. Results should also be emailed by the home team to ken.edwards@volleyball.co.uk within 48 hours of the game taking place so they can be entered onto the website.
