INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1 Insert team name in Box at top of page and team secretary details at bottom of page.

2 Insert all player names in the column where indicated. Use a second sheet if necessary. Please also indicate whether players are referees or coaches and their age.Do not enter numbers in any other columns.

3 Email the form back to stephen@rosseraccountantsco.uk

4 The form will then be emailed back to the team secretary with registration numbers and must be taken to games.

5 If additional registrations are required during the season.add the names to the sheet and email back to me for numbers to be allocated

RULES CLARIFICATION

1 Players may play for a team in a higher division than the one they are registered for but not for one in the same division. Their registration number must be available when they play for the higher team.

2 When the two divisions become three at Christmas clubs may want to take advantage of the transfer rules as they may have teams in the same division when they did not previously or may then have teams in different divisions.

3 When the cup competitions take place towards the end of the season teams may on play in the cup for the team they are actually registered with.

4. If this does not make sense please call me on 01375 396241 in office hours and I will try to explain!

SCORE SHEETS/ RESULTS

During the temporary absence of a Competitions Secretary the home team should post score sheets to me the first working day after the game is played to the address on the invoice you are receiving with this. Results should also be emailed by the home team to ken.edwards@volleyball.co.uk within 48 hours of the game taking place so they can be entered onto the website
