Essex clubs have been circulated with proposals for a 3rd Division and Women's Competition played
at Brenwtood on Wednesdays.
Competing in their second Grand Prix, Essex Pirates Sitting
Volleyball team won 8 out of their 9 matches - but came 6th of the 10 teams
due to the scoiring system whcih favours those with disabled athletes
We are trying an expeiment by taking phone photos of scoresheets as a
way of passing on results and creating a permanent record. Try Scoresheets for the first one.
Alex Porter has been appointed Volleyball
Community Development Officer based at Tendring and also extending into Colchester.

Rees Warren has been appointed Volleyball
Development Officer covering Brentwood and Chelmsford. Paid for by a
partnership between the two lcoal Schools Sports Partnerships, Volleyball England and
Chelsea FC as part of the Premier4Sport initiative, Rees starts work in a few weeks.
