On most Thursdays between mid September and the end of April there will be volleyball
at Anglia Ruskin shown on the calendar below.
Play/train sessions will run as follows:
7.00-8.00pm. Social (turn up and play) for indoor and sitting
8.00-9.15pm. Beginner and improver training session. This will mainly be indoor but
until
around 8.45pm we also intend to run a sitting training session.
9.15-10.30pm. More advanced training session.
In May and June the program changes as the sports hall sometimes gets used for exams.
During these months there will be some 'pay and play' session at £1 per session.
