Chelmsford Volleyball Club - Where to find us
| The sportshall is the Mildmay Sports Hall, Anglia
Ruskin University, Rivermead Campus, Bishop Hall Lane, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1SQ. It is a modern hall ideal for volleyball with a sprung wood floor plus men’s and women’s changing rooms with showers. It is accessible to disabled NB - Access to the sports hall car park is not possible direct from Rectory Lane/New Street. There are traffic lights in Chelmer Valley Road that allow access. It is currently possible to enter travelling in either direction despite the 'Bus Lane' road markings coming out from Chelmsford. Once you have turned into the campus, drive to the end of a short road (Alan Cherry Way) with a car park on the left and with the Tindal Building facing you. Turn left at the T junction and follow the road to the end where it will go right up a short incline. There are barriers before you enter the sports hall car park to control daytime parking. After 4.30pm/weekends you can take a parking ticket which will allow free exit after the match. After the barrier turn left. You should see a green building in front of you - this is the sports centre. |
